The land in question is located in a strategic position not far from the A18 motorway junction and the SS114.
The land in question is currently left uncultivated for most of the surface, the remaining part is clay and asphalt. Access is via a driveway gate located directly on the public road.

The land falls within Zone D1 of the General Regulatory Plan which allocates it to the construction and installation of sheds, laboratories, silos, fuel distribution systems; buildings intended for offices directly serving the activities; commonly used equipment such as shops, canteens and associated services, sports facilities and equipment in general for leisure time.

There is also a precarious building, at the entrance to the land, in anodized aluminum, infill panels and a roof with thermal insulation, of about 120 square meters. The conditions of the structure are good.
