This is an area of 77,664 square meters located in the immediate suburbs of the municipality of Valdagno, partly urbanized with primary and secondary infrastructures, in the center of which there is a wooded hill, urbanistically linked to the maintenance of greenery with public interest, the remaining portion in part currently cultivated with temporary contracts, is subject to redevelopment and partial building transformation.
The property falls within the zone Partly in the "new residential areas" area and partly in agricultural land.. Implementation technical standards and indexes: Urbanistically, the entire area of the "il Grumo" estate is classified in the area of Z.T.O. C2, the land on sheet 7 of cadastral maps 1222 - 1224 1226 - 403 and 50% of cadastral map 460 are buildable, in a suburban residential area for a total area of approx. 37.019 The remaining areas are agricultural land. The indications and provisions contained therein are reserved within the period of validity of the PUA.
If the PUA expires before the forecasts are made, the following applies. The maximum permitted volume is 52,000 m3.
