Building land with a cadastral area of approximately 2079 square meters located in Putignano (BA) at Contrada Conca d'oro or Spine Rossine, recorded in the land registry on sheet no. 50, parcels no. 1995 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2081 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2233 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2234 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2237 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2239 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2240 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2242 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2243 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2245 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2246 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2248 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2249 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2220 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2221 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2231 (quality arable land with trees, class 3), 2232 (quality arable land with trees, class 3) and 2236 (quality arable land with trees, class 3).

The land, subject to excavation and earthmoving works, is part of a residential complex consisting of villas, accessible via a private condominium road, directly from the municipal road "Conca D'oro", and is part of the subdivision plan of the area called "PL/B" in homogeneous expansion zone C3/2 of the General Regulatory Plan, definitively approved by the Resolution of the Extraordinary Commissioner no. 53 of 17.06.2004. It should be noted that on parcels 2081 and 2248 there are 3 metal structures and 1 essentially masonry structure used by the bankrupt as a storage for construction materials. On 29.06.2022, the Municipality of Putignano communicated the start of the procedure aimed at issuing the demolition order for works carried out without building permits. Any burden of any nature arising from the presence of the aforementioned structures, as well as any movable assets deemed abandoned at the indisputable judgment of the curatorship, will be entirely borne by the successful bidder, even if subsequent to the publication of this order.
