After the offer collection deadline, Dr. Luigi de Anna, as Liquidator of the above-mentioned Company, will proceed to evaluate the irrevocable purchase offers collected by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl, verifying the adequacy of the amount offered, formal regularity and, therefore, the admissibility of the offers themselves, only after the filing and approval of the liquidation plan by the bodies of the proceeding.
Only following the granting of authorization and the consequent admission of the offers will Phase 2 be initiated, which will be carried out only after ACME is admitted to the filed insolvency proceeding (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64 bis CCII).
