The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot details.
Only legal entities with a VAT number that qualify as companies and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and belong to one of the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Manufacturers, Body Shops and Vehicle Dismantlers, Approved Outsourcers. To participate in the auction, legal entities must also send an up-to-date copy of their company registration certificate to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, the highest bids received below the reserve price will be subject to the clients' approval before the lots are awarded.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IS REVOKED, THE LOT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER, AND SO ON.

The inspection date will be arranged by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and communicated by email.
