The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot details.
Only legal entities with a VAT number that qualify as businesses and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and belong exclusively to the following categories will be admitted to participate in the auction: vehicle body repair shops, contracted outsourcing providers, vehicle dismantlers, and manufacturers. To participate in the auction, legal entities must also send an up-to-date copy of their company registration certificate to: [email protected]
The lots at auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, the highest bids received below the reserve price will be subject to approval by the sellers.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE SALE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IS NOT COMPLETED, THE LOT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER, AND SO ON.

The lots are sold as seen and accepted, in their current condition. Inspection is strongly recommended.
The inspection date will be set by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and communicated by email.
