The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number, qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, belonging exclusively to the following categories will be admitted to participate in the auction: Body shops, Authorized Outsourcers, Scrap dealers, and Manufacturers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration extract to: [email protected]
The lots at auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED, IN ANY CASE, TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition they are in. Viewing is strongly recommended.
The viewing date will be set by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and will be communicated via e-mail.
