Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with VAT number and qualified as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Sector traders, resellers and scrap dealers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of their chamber of commerce registration to: [email protected]
The lots in auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the clients. The clients also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price.
THE BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE AWARDED ULTIMATELY TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
