Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, belonging solely to the following categories: sector traders, resellers and scrappers, will be allowed to participate in the auction. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce company registration to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the principals. The principals also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE CANCELLED, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED, IN TURN, TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
