Lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations and, in particular, those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered as being sold solely as "scrap", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate excluded in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is required to proceed, at its sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
