Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those for prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any expense with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the regulations currently in force in the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered as subject of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Insolvency Practitioner for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, charge and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to their disposal in the forms provided by law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less probability of being considered for a possible award. Therefore, the lower the difference between the offer submitted and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of award. 

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot.
