The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations, and in particular to those on prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to applicable regulations shall be at the exclusive expense of the buyer, who shall bear any cost, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, shall be considered the subject of the sale solely as "to be scrapped" assets, with exclusion of any liability of the Receivership for the event of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, without CE marking, the successful bidder is required to proceed, at their exclusive care, expense and risk, with bringing them into compliance or, if this is not possible, with their disposal in the forms provided by law.
