Machinery and equipment for a shoe factory are for sale, including heel counter roughing machines, die-cutting machines and pre-lasting machines, as well as a stock of raw materials/semi-finished products, leather and approximately 39 pairs of shoes

Offers may also be submitted for the Complete Lot (Lot 0), which includes all the lots up for auction.

The lots are sold as seen and accepted, in their current condition. Inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments required to bring the goods into compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention and safety, as well as environmental protection and, more generally, current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear all related costs, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any equipment that does not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered included in the sale solely as goods "for scrapping", and the receivership shall bear no liability if the buyer uses such goods. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations or lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is required, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
