The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifiable as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Body shops, Authorized Outsourcers, Scrap dealers, and Manufacturers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the clients.
THE BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL PURCHASE COMMITMENT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE BEST BIDDER FAILS, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED FORTHWITH TO THE NEXT BEST BIDDER.
