The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra-community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in their current condition. An inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any related costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets that do not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Receiver for any use thereof by the purchaser. In particular, for any assets that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE marking, the successful bidder is required, at their own exclusive care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
