Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with a VAT number that qualify as businesses and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and belong exclusively to the following categories will be admitted to the auction: industry traders, resellers and scrap dealers. To participate in the auction, legal entities must also send an up-to-date copy of their company registration certificate to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the highest bids received will be subject to approval by the principals. The principals also reserve the right to consider bids below the reserve price.
ALL BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE REVOKED, THE LOT WILL BE AWARDED IN TURN TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
