Transfer of company branch operating in the sector of production and sale of doors and windows.

The company operated essentially and mainly in the construction sector and in particular in the production of
windows and doors for residential use in metallic materials - aluminum - or other materials.

The transfer is inclusive of:

- Movable assets - consisting of office furniture and machines, machinery and work tools, warehouse, mobile systems and means of transport
- Goodwill - consisting of the intangible positions of brands and certifications
