Lots are sold as seen and accepted in their current condition. Inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments required to bring the goods into compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning accident prevention and safety, as well as environmental protection and, more generally, all applicable regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear all related costs, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any equipment that does not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be deemed to be offered for sale solely as "scrap", and the receivership shall bear no liability whatsoever in the event that the transferee uses such equipment. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations or lack a CE mark, the successful bidder is required, at their sole expense and risk, either to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
