At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to Bankruptcy Bodies approval.

Reserve price is indicated on the lot webpage. Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding

Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available date (s) of collection are indicated in each lot webpage. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of the auction.

Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended.

Eventuali adeguamenti dei beni a tutte le normative vigenti ed in particolare a quelle di prevenzione, sicurezza così come quelli riguardanti la tutela ecologica ed ambientale e – più in generale – alle normative vigenti saranno esclusivo carico dell’acquirente che ne sopporterà qualsiasi spesa con esonero del cedente da qualsiasi responsabilità al riguardo. Eventuali beni strumentali non rispondenti alle normative attualmente vigenti in materia, ove compresi nell’inventario, verranno considerati oggetto della vendita unicamente quali beni “da rottamare”, con esclusione di qualunque responsabilità della Curatela per l’ipotesi di utilizzo degli stessi da parte del cessionario. In particolare, per gli eventuali beni non conformi alle normative sulla sicurezza, privi di marchio CE, è fatto obbligo all’aggiudicatario di procedere, a propria esclusiva cura, onere e rischio, alla loro messa a norma ovvero, nel caso in cui non risulti possibile, al loro smaltimento nelle forme di legge.
