Art. 107 Bankruptcy Law of assets property of bankrupted company, according to format prescribed in "Sale Conditions" full published in attached and in Bolzano Law Court website (www.tribunale.bolzano.it - sections JUDICIAL SALES and BANKRUPTCY GOODS FOR SALES), together with documentation available for necessary due diligence (on prior acces codes request and obtaining).

Total initial base price: € 3,990,000.00
Minimum Increase: € 50,000.00
Final base price will be determined based upon verification of actual substance of fishing park, as defined in "Sale Conditions", which will invite interested parties to inspect and to which reference is made.
The sale is subject to Registration Tax regulations, according to different rates.
