For sale agricultural machinery and equipment such as John Deere tractors, New Holland combine harvester, trailers, plows and trucks

It is also possible to place bids on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in the auction.

The procedure is not registered in VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra-Community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations and in particular those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as the subject of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy Estate for the case of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
