The lands are listed in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Lucera at Sheet 78:
Parcels 62 - 64 - 89 - 92 - 93 - 141 - 159 - 161 - 169 - 876

Building under construction consisting of a reinforced concrete structure with only pillars and beams, in addition to the ceilings.
Elevated to three above-ground floors, the roof at the moment is flat.
The structure covers an area of about 1,400 sqm per floor for a total of 4,200 sqm.
At the moment, it is not possible to quantify the commercial areas and intended uses.

The land surrounding the building is partly cultivable (parcels 64, 89, 141); partly definitely to be destined for the use of the building (parcel 92, 169); partly constitutes an internal street that leads to Via Porta Foggia (parcel 93); parcels 159, 161, are part of the internal road adjacent to the building.
The lands fall into the following area:
- Parcels 62, 89, 141, 159, 161, 169, 876 - Fall into the multifunctional peri-urban context with direct implementation, the PUG/P confirms the settlement trends in progress, allocating the multifunctional context to mixed residential, tertiary, commercial, and productive settlements. In the CPM.ad, interventions for completion and new construction with residential, tertiary, commercial, and productive destinations are allowed through a PdC onerous title.
- Parcels 92, 64 - fall into the area of indirect implementation requalification

It is noted that the deadline for the completion of the construction works was set for 7/01/2003. Failure to comply with the work closure results in the resubmission of the concession request.
