Rights of usufruct on:
shareholding of nominal LEI 666,640 equal to 52% of the capital of the company EDIL SOLE 2010 SRL with registered office in Romania Str. Ardealului n. 70, birou B5, Județul Timiș, Timișoara ORC: J35 / 1837/2011 CUI: 28973861, engaged in the main activity of building construction and real estate promotion.
Upon full payment of the debts described below in favor of the Bankruptcy Progetto srl, the successful bidder will acquire, as an automatic consequence and without further costs (except for those necessary for the transfer of the right in rem), full ownership of the 52% share of the capital of the company Edil Sole 2012 srl.
Payables to bankruptcy
Edil Sole 2010 through a real estate mortgage contract concluded in favor of the then Progetto spa today Bankruptcy Progetto srl of 25 April 2013 guaranteed the reimbursement for third party debt for the amount of 3,700,000 Euros (three million seven hundred thousand/00) by registering a mortgage on various properties better indicated in the mortgage contract which can be consulted both at the professional's office and on the advertising sites of the sale in question.
Real estate consists of:
LOT 1 - Allotment called “Albina” (parceled) - Located in Moșnița Noua (Romania). It stands on a completely flat area and is connected to other inhabited centers by a road of great communication. The surface is 325,485 square meters
LOT 2 - Allotment called “Albina” (not parceled) - Located in Moșnița Noua (Romania). It stands on a completely flat area and has a total area of 668,900 square meters, of which 523,997 square meters are the exclusive property of Edil Sole 2010 and 26,900 square meters jointly owned for ½
