that on 8 april 2021 at 10.00 pm at the ESIM headquarters in Fermo (FM), at Via Ognissanti, 13, the sale without enchantment with mixed synchronous modality of the assets indicated below and analytically described in the expert opinion drawn up by CTU Geom. Full ownership rights on a warehouse of approximately 67 square meters gross in the basement, which is part of a building located in the Municipality of Grottazzolina, Via Bolzetta n ° 12.
