The "Villa Crispo" complex, dating back to the seventeenth century, is spread over an uncovered area of ​​about 21,000 square meters and includes several buildings such as the main villa, the stables, the rustic annex and the oratory of San Sebastiano and San Rocco.
The property is partly fenced with original walls and partly with metal mesh, access to the entire area is through four architectural portals and two avenues that lead into the entrance hall of the villa.
The villa, with a rectangular plan, is spread over three levels above ground. In the perimeter walls there are "embedded" gravestones and bas-relief inscriptions bearing some noble coats of arms.
The restoration work on the villa has led to the reconstruction of all the missing vertical structures and the rehabilitation of the existing ones. Even the area in front of the villa's entrance hall was recovered by recreating the original terracotta-paved courtyard.
The project involved the construction of 9 apartments.
The stables are on two levels and the project involved the construction of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The small house, with a rectangular plan, develops on one floor and is destined to become a single house.
The garage building, located close to the walls, intended to shelter twelve cars and already usable.
All the recovery works are at a state of progress of 50%, all plant engineering works, external and internal doors, floors and plasters are missing.
The complex includes inside the former oratory of San Sebastiano and San Rocco consisting of a small church with bell tower and sacristy. The structure has been the subject of conservative restoration concerning the supporting structures.
The surrounding land has an area of ​​21,000 square meters and is currently in a state of neglect.

It is noted that the buildings making up the complex are subject to restrictions in favor of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities pursuant to Legislative Decree 29/10/1999 n. 490 by virtue of the constraints transcribed by the Conservatory of Rovigo.
The agreement stipulated between the company and the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities at the Superintendency of Verona on 16/04/2007 establishes that the entrance hall of the villa, the park and the external paths, inside the walls, can be visited at public every first Saturday of the month and during the week of culture and the European Heritage Days according to data and times established by the institution.

Tutti i lavori di recupero sono ad uno stato avanzamento lavori del 50%, risultano mancanti tutte le opere di impiantistica, serramenti esterni ed interni, pavimentazioni ed intonaci.
