The demolition involves the selection, bagging and disposal of the glass wool insulation present on some pipes; demolition of the external tank-firing furnace by extrapolation of the internal and external scrap present in the product. Disposal of the insulation of the oven and pipes. The inert material resulting from its demolition will be left on site

At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to the seller approval.

Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding.

Not registered to VIES. VAT is due also for intra-EU buyers.

Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in the lots webpages. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of auction.
