On sale in the province of Perugia of the splendid real estate complexes destined to tourist accommodation, hotel and agricultural activities, part of the compendium "Le Terre del Verde".
The estate covers 413.36 hectares of covered and uncovered land, is located in the northeastern part of Umbria, between the Municipalities of Gualdo Tadino and Valfabbrica.
Specifically, we will proceed with the bulk sale of the entire company, including the following lots:
Lot 1 - Tourist / Accommodation Facilities - Gualdo Tadino (PG)
including the buildings of Borgo Badia in Val di Rasina including "Badia Torre" - "Granaio" - "Badiola" - Restaurant "La Muccheria" and other accommodation facilities.
Lot 2 - Agricultural Structures - Valfabbrica (PG)
Lot 3 - Residential Structures - Valfabbrica (PG)
including the "Castello di Frecco" and the "Casa Colonica Le Piagge"
Lot 4 - Farmhouse Structures - Valfabbrica (PG)
including the "Centro Agrituristico San Pietro", the "Chiesa di S.Anna" and other structures.
Lot 5 - Agricultural and Forest Land - Valfabbrica (PG)
In addition to the buildings, the property also includes movable and artistic assets, the details of which for each sector are indicated in the individual lot sheets.

The vision of the assets is subject to the payment of the amount of EUR 300,00, this amount will be returned in case of participation in the auction. For more information, consult the specific conditions.
In accordance with Art.105, second paragraph Bankruptcy Law, which recalls Art. 2556 Civil Code, sale will be finalized by a notarial deed on buyer's expense.
Sale is subject to registration tax.
Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended.
The payment of the security deposit along with the formalisation of the registration to the auction – with expressed acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale posted on line on www.gobid.it – as well as the provision of all the required supplementary documents by the user, as already specified above, shall be deemed equivalent to an irrevocable purchase-bid at the starting price fixed for each sale and shall itself be deemed a binding purchase contract on the part of the user.
It is pointed out that some assets of the agricultural branch are the subject of a loan agreement.
