"In accordance with art. 104 bis l.f. and in accordance with first paragraph and therefore before presentation of liquidation program, it is intended to start, the research procedure for assignment on lease of company held by bankrupt company.
Company is an independent producer of cooker hoods and a leader in production of electric glass ceramic cooktops for domestic use.
Lease will be granted only for some Italian production plants called Immobile TW1-C (powder coating plant), Immobile TW7 (offices, pre-assembly and assembly), Immobile TW8 (warehouse), and areas for parking, including all mobile goods contained therein, and including projects, registered trademarks, patents. All the orders acquired by the bankrupt company will also be transferred with the rental contract.
By and no later than 12.30 (twelve thirty) on March 16th, 2018 the bidders will have to consigne at Curator office located in Jesi, Via dell'orfanotrofio n. 1 bis, chap 60035 (opening hours 10.00 - 12.30 - 15.30 - 19.00), also by registered letter a.r. (with the risk of non-delivery within the term to be borne by the sender), offer in a closed packet containing all the required documentation.
On March 19, 2018 at 10.00 am, the Tecnowind spa Curator, with the possible assistance of one or more legal advisors, will proceed to open closed packets.
