PROPERTY COMPLEX "VILLA GRIMANI MOROSINI" KNOWN AS "CA DELLA NAVE" MARTELLAGO (VE)

The villa was probably built between 1566 and 1575 by the Venetian family of Priuli, the first owners, the family that gave three doges to the Serenissima.
The building has a square plan and it develops on three floors above ground.
The facade is adorned with frescoes by Giambattista Zelotti (1526-1578), while the elegant Istrian stone adorns windows and columns. The vessel still recognizable among the traces of the main facade frescoes is responsible for the definition of "Ca 'della Nave".
The villa has the usual distribution pattern of the Veneto area buildings, with a central through-lounge and environments on both sides, which also develops the monumental staircase with double flight pincer from the earth and the central ramp-up between the first and second floors .
All the villa's interiors have been restored in recent times and have fine finishes and furniture made to measure.
Commercial sports complex
The sports shopping complex is divided into two parts, the golf course and the part of the sports center.
The 18-hole golf course was built on a land previously used for agricultural purposes, with works of excavation, drainage, execution of artificial ponds, planting of selected trees . The whole area of the camp is covered in turf and maintained in perfect condition with a very efficient irrigation system and an active gardeners team
The sports center consists of several buildings recently built with commercial and sports equipment , placed west side of the old park of the villa. It is presente a main building with bar and restaurant, and a secondary building with retail space intended for various services. The total gross area of the sports center building is about 1,000 square meters. The adjoining open area is home to the outdoor swimming pools, a solarium and the tennis courts.
