These are land with an irregular shape, partly flat (south side - mm. 642 -724 - 593- 597- 595) and the remainder steeply sloping (m.n 592), for a total land area of 12,340 square meters, all extending from east to west with access from a private road (east side) headed by third parties while the west side faces the public road.
The access road and/or maneuvering area (mn. 596), constitutes the access to the multi-family building referred to in mn 647, it is therefore believed that in the state of the places the same mn. 596 is burdened with pedestrian crossing easements and driveway as well as the underground services - at least the existing ones - in favor of the aforementioned mn. 647.
It should be noted that the building works for the arrangement of the fund (flooring) referred to in mn. 595 (part) -596 have not been authorized, but subject to investigation and need to be regularized, or restitution in pristine.
