Contract expiring in 2036 for the acquisition of:

Right of surface of a land located in the Municipality of Picerno reported to the Land Registry of the Municipality of Picerno on sheet 48, parcel 112 (ex 10 ex 47), arable land, class 4, RD. € 0.58 for the installation of a wind turbine.

 

Lease contract for cable passage easements on neighboring land, located in the same Municipality of Picerno, reported in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Picerno on sheet 48, parcel 111 (ex 10 ex 47).

It is noted that the buyer will also pay the annual rent of EUR 4,000.00 until the natural expiry of the contract.
