The lots require the payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.

Only legal entities with VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be allowed to participate in the auction

The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.

THE BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN CASE THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BECOME VOID, IT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED IN ANY CASE TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
