Bankruptcy n. 9/2018 - Ancona Law Court
We collect offers for the sale of 100% of the shares of the Chinese subsidiary Lux Home Electrical Appliances (manufacturing site in China) valued at EUR 150,000.00.
Subjects wishing to participate in the competitive procedure must submit their offer and register on the site, sending the receiver to the pec address of the procedure f9.2018ancona@pecfallimenti.it by 12.00 (Italian time) on 22 april 2022 the irrevocable purchase offer by filling in the form "attachment 1" present in the attachment section.
At the end of the offer gathering, the bankruptcy trustee will proceed with the verification of any offers.
It is also known that a special Data Room is available for the consultation of further documentation on the goods being sold, which will be accessible once signed and sent to the PEC address f9.2018ancona@pecfallimenti.it the Expression of Interest and the Confidentiality Agreement attached.
Participation in the competitive procedure requires a security deposit of EUR 15,000.00.
To request further information regarding the documents present in the Data Room as well as access to the premises and the Bankruptcy structures, it will be necessary to fill in the appropriate forms at the bottom of the Due Diligence document in the data room, the form is present in the annex "Due Diligence Regulation".
