CORPORATE PARTICIPATIONS OF THE COMPANY ISOLA D’ORO SRL
In auction, 7.25% of the company holdings that Blue Mar Producciones SL holds of Isola d'Oro, an energy production company through a photovoltaic plant with a nominal power of 690 kwp, located in the locality "Piane di Falerone, Viale Della Resistenza n ° 5, pitch n ° 81-82-190-191-801, of the province of Fermo, CP 63020 ".
The plant benefits from the incentive tariff as per agreement with the company GSE S.p.a. (Energy Services Manager) with a twenty-year agreement.
The contract with the GSE came into operation in 2010, although it started producing in 2011.
Following the directives and clauses of the Management and Purchase and Purchase Agreement between the Blue Mar Producciones SL and the ownership of the company ISOLA D'ORO SRL (original document attached), in connection with the initial financing of € 215,325.00 conferred by Blue Mar Producciones SL, it should be noted that up to this time around € 100,000.00 have been returned.
The distribution of production revenue is carried out monthly, with a variable share depending on the energy produced and costs to be incurred, proportionally to the shareholding of the shareholder in the company.
