Transfer of the business branch carried out at the industrial warehouse located in Bassano del Grappa (VI), Via Giovan Maria Baccin n. 34/D, concerning the manufacturing activity of finished products in precious metals and their alloys, as well as the marketing of own and third-party products, and which are specifically made up of:

- plants, machinery, equipment and other tangible and intangible assets;
- part of the warehouse inventories;
- the employees employed in the business branch being leased, equal to no. 6 employed workers;
- any authorisations, licenses and permits (administrative, sanitary, etc.) necessary for carrying out the company activity.
