Gathering conditions
The collection of bids will be carried out with the competitive auction formula through the gorealbid.it platform using the following methods:
AUCTION IN FREE BID MODE subject to approval by the Bodies of the Procedure.
The offer presented is binding and irrevocable until the 135th day following the deadline for collection.
- Formalization of the first bid - Establishment of the auction base
Following the auction registration request, the Agent will send a specific form to formalize the offer to the email address provided by the user.
In order to formalize the offer, the user must complete and sign the form indicating the price offered and provide, together with the accounting copy of the bank transfer made for the payment of the security deposit, the following documentation:
If the bidder is an INDIVIDUAL:
• Copy of a valid identity document of the person to whom the property will be registered (it will not be possible to register the property to a person other than the one who signs the registration, according to the procedure described below)
• Copy of the tax code
• If the bidder is married under a legal community of property regime, a copy of the spouse's valid identity document (non-binding document for the purposes of qualification but required in the event of an award)
IF the bidder is a LEGAL PERSON:
• updated Chamber of Commerce certificate or C.C.I.A.A.
• Copy of a valid identity document of the person who signed the offer representing the company and, if it is a person other than the legal representative, copy of the deed showing the related powers
• Copy of the tax code of the person who signed the offer
• Any duly legalized translation of the chamber's certificate, if the company is not Italian
• Special power of attorney received or authenticated by the notary, in case of participation through a representative
Filling out the form will result in acceptance of the conditions of use of the www.gorealbid.it platform and the general and specific terms of the collection.
The offer form, together with the aforementioned documentation, must be returned to the certified email address gorealbid@pec.it.
The submission of the offer, to be carried out in the manner described above, must be completed well in advance of the end of the collection in order to allow the regular performance of the formalization of the offer.
It should be noted that the value indicated in the first bid received at the PEC address indicated will be formalized as the auction basis.
- Formulation of offers subsequent to the first and formulation of bids
The offer, formalized for the first bidder, may be surpassed by bids for a higher amount, made by any authorized user.
In order to make offers following the first, the provisions indicated in point 5.1 of the general conditions of sale will apply, specifically:
the combined provision of the credit of the security deposit, of the formalization of the registration for the auction - with express acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale, published online on www.gorealbid.it - and of the sending by the user of the accounting copy of the bank transfer, together with all the supporting documentation required, as specified above, will be considered equivalent to an irrevocable offer. This offer must be equal to the price set as the current auction base with the addition of the raise identified by the user and will itself constitute a binding commitment by the bidder.
Formulation of bids
For information on the formulation of bids, refer to section 5.2 of the general conditions (Presentation of offers for increases in the base price).
At the end of the collection of offers, the best bidder must send by pec, to gorealbid@pec.it., A communication with which he will specify, with respect to the total amount of the offer presented by him, the value he intends to allocate to movable property and what he wants to allocate to the property.
Subsequently, once the deadlines for collection have been concluded, the best offer, as specified by the user in the above communication, must be submitted for final approval by the Principal, who reserves the right to accept it or not.
Upon acceptance of the offer collected by the Assignee, the Principal will be required to conclude the award process no later than 120 days from the end of the collection.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 30 days from the acquisition of the availability of the assets by the Principal and within property transfer.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from the acceptance of the offer by the Principal.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the acquisition of the availability of the assets by the Principal and not afetr the date set for the property trasfer.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT:
The percentage of VAT application may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
