All matters not provided for herein shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations.

If the transfer of ownership is not completed, the sale shall automatically be deemed terminated and the amount paid by the successful bidder as Buyer's Premium shall be retained as a penalty for damages.

Collection of Lots Won

The buyer may collect the lots won only after the payments of the winning bid price and applicable commissions (Buyer's Premium, ancillary management fees) have actually been received.

In all cases, collection must be completed no later than 30 days after the provisional award.

To optimize the collection service, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will notify successful bidders by email of the date(s) and time during which they may collect the lots. These dates may also be indicated on the auction webpage. GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the specified collection dates and times.

If the successful bidder collects the lots on dates other than those communicated, they must pay an additional fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected.

Successful bidders must comply with the scheduled start date for collection operations. If a successful bidder is unable to collect the lots on the communicated date and time, they may:

-  subject to approval, request permission to collect during the date(s) scheduled for the subsequent sale, if applicable.

-  subject to approval, collect on days and at times other than those made available for the individual sale, paying an additional fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected.

Failure to comply with the collection date scheduled between GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL and the successful bidder will result in a penalty of EUR 350.00 being charged to the successful bidder if failure to collect is not notified at least 48 hours before the appointment, without prejudice, in all cases, to GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL's right to claim compensation for any greater loss suffered.

All lots not collected by the deadline indicated above will incur a daily late fee of EUR 50.00. If the goods are not collected within 30 days of the collection deadline, the sale shall automatically be deemed terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Lots Won, Buyer's Premium, ancillary management fees and any additional fees paid) shall be retained as a penalty for damages.

GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot or to arrange collection of the lots in any way.

Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the applicable safety regulations; the buyer shall therefore be responsible for making the necessary adjustments in this regard, including with respect to any third parties and/or contractors engaged in carrying out the aforementioned operations.

The buyer is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transportation of the lots won, and must leave the areas where collection takes place in a safe condition and clear of any goods and/or waste materials generated by the buyer during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable property, the buyer is responsible for completing the procedures required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership.

Transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out at the successful bidder's expense through the vehicle registration agency notified by the bodies administering the proceedings or, alternatively, by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.

In the event of the export of registered movable property, the buyer must complete the required procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.

In all cases, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not release any lot before the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable property, before the relevant transfer of ownership has been completed.
