Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 100,00.


The deposit must be paid via:

The deposit must be credited no later than the end of the auction.
Once the deposit has been credited, the user will be enabled to participate in the auction.
To speed up participation in the auction, the user is advised to send a scanned accounting copy of the payment made with the CRO code to: [email protected]

If auction participants do not win any lot, the deposit will be returned within 20 business days from the final deadline of the auction, without interest.

If, in the event of a successful bid, after paying the deposit, the bidder does not complete the purchase, said deposit will be retained.

Awarding of Lots

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure. 

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to rights of first refusal, transcriptions of foreclosures and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance burdening the assets put up for sale will be cancelled pursuant to Article 217, paragraph 2, C.C.I.I., once the sale has been executed and the price has been fully collected. Any formality for cancellation will be carried out at the care and expense of the successful bidder.

All costs relating to transfers of ownership, including any double transfers and related charges, will be borne by the successful bidder

In the case of export of registered movable assets, the purchaser must carry out the required operations in compliance with applicable regulations. Please note that for the purposes of deregistration for export, at the date of the request, the vehicles must be in compliance with the inspection obligations established by law.

Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified either at the time of registration or upon the user's receipt of the award communication (see general conditions).

Payment deadline

The awarded lots must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.
The Buyer's Premium and ancillary management charges, where provided, must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.

Collection of awarded lots
 
Collection of the awarded lots by the purchaser may take place only after actual receipt of payment of the award price and the prescribed fees (Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges).
 
In any case, collection must be completed within and no later than 30 days from the provisional award.
 
In order to optimise the collection service, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will notify the successful bidders by e-mail of the date(s) and a time during which they may proceed with collection of the lots.  Such dates may also be indicated on the auction web page. GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL in any case reserves the right to change the indicated collection dates and times at its sole discretion.
 
If the successful bidder collects on dates other than those communicated, the same must pay a fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected, as additional charges.
 
Successful bidders shall be required to comply with the start date of operations. If the successful bidder cannot collect on the communicated day and time, the same may:
 
-  subject to approval, request to be admitted during the date(s) scheduled for the subsequent sale attempt, if any.
 
-  subject to approval, collect on days and at times other than those made available for the individual sale attempt, paying an additional fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected, as additional charges
 
Failure to comply with the collection date scheduled between GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL and the successful bidder will result in the application to the latter of a penalty of EUR 350.00 if the failure to collect is not notified at least 48 hours before the appointment, without prejudice, in any case, to compensation for greater damage suffered by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
All lots not collected within the deadline indicated above will be subject to a daily late payment charge of EUR 50.00. If the asset is not collected within 30 days from the collection deadline, the sale will be deemed automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots - Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges and any additional charges paid) will be retained as a compensatory penalty. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot or to organise in any way their collection. 
 
Collection operations must be carried out by the purchaser in compliance with the applicable safety regulations established by law; the same shall therefore be required to make the necessary adaptations in this regard, also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The purchaser is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places involved in collection in safe conditions and free from goods and/or waste materials produced by him during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable assets, the purchaser shall be deemed responsible for completing the procedures required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
Transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder at the motor vehicle registration agency communicated by the Bodies of the Procedure, or alternatively, communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In the event of export of registered movable assets, the purchaser shall carry out the required operations in compliance with current regulations.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available before the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable assets, before completion of the relevant transfer of ownership.

Other specific conditions

Buyer’s Premium: A charge of 15,00% + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of 25 € (+ 22% VAT where applicable), on each of the lots or combinations awarded, as minimum commissions.

Additional management charges: They are ancillary costs borne entirely by the successful bidder, intended to cover the services and activities, performed and to be performed, necessary for the preparation, organisation and management of the sale of the goods at auction and the subsequent award phase. These expenses must be paid at the same time as payment of the buyer's premium due as per the provisional award confirmation that will be issued after the end of the auction. Where due, such charges will be indicated in the sheet for each lot.

VAT: VAT at 22,00% of the sale price will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot. (where applicable)
The procedure is not registered for VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-Community purchasers.

Extra-Time: if a winning bid is placed in the 5 minutes preceding the closing of the auction, the time available to place another bid will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bid received. And so on, for each winning bid received within the 5 minutes of extra time, the time available to place another bid will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bid received.  Automatic bids in the event of a maximum bid (proxy bid) will also be considered  winning bids.


The lots are sold as seen and accepted in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

The sale of the goods is deemed forced (Art. 2919 Italian Civil Code) and is arranged for goods as seen and accepted in the factual and legal condition in which they are found. In a forced sale, the warranty for defects in the item does not apply. It cannot be challenged on grounds of damages. (Art. 2922 Italian Civil Code).

Consequently, the existence of any defects or lack of quality or non-conformity of the item sold may not give rise to compensation, indemnity or reduction in price.

Any liability on the part of the Agent is excluded with regard to the existence of third-party rights over the goods subject to the sale (Art. 2920 Italian Civil Code).

The sale takes place with the obligation on the part and at the expense of the successful bidder to verify their compliance with safety regulations.

In the event of any disputes arising relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions published on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
