By submitting the offer, the bidder declares to have fully reviewed and to fully accept these conditions of sale and all documentation made available. If a sale notice is attached to the auction sheet/listing, by submitting the offer, the bidder declares to have reviewed and to accept the conditions set out therein, with respect to which these conditions of sale are to be understood as an extract. The bidder further declares to have examined and accepted all documentation made available for participation.

Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 134.640,00.

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to rights of first refusal, registrations of foreclosures and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance on the assets put up for sale will be cancelled once the sale has been completed and the price has been fully collected. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the expense of the winning bidder.

Payment deadline

Payment of the balance of the auction price must be made to the current account indicated by the procedure within a term not exceeding 120 days from the award. 

The Buyer's Premium due (plus VAT) must be paid within 10 days from the award.

The expenses relating to the sale borne by the buyer (tax and other charges, legal taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 120 days from the award  


Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the auction price of each lot.
  
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied according to the methods shown in the following table:

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of € 500.00 (+ 22% VAT where applicable) as the minimum billable commission in the event that the reference percentage applied to the sale value is lower.

The calculation base of the Buyer’s Premium is divided into different tiers, each of which corresponds to a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.

For each auction price, the corresponding Buyer’s Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective reference tier, according to the methods shown in the above table.


VAT: The VAT application percentage may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the auction price of each lot (where applicable).

In the event of any disputes relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
