Availability of Lots
Any registrations relating to rights of preemption, transcriptions of foreclosures and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance on the goods put up for sale will be cancelled pursuant to Art. 108 of the Bankruptcy Law once the sale has been executed and the price fully collected. All formalities for cancellation shall be carried out at the expense of the successful bidder.
Payment deadlineThe lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 120 days of the award.
The Buyer's Premium due must be paid within 15 days of the award.
The costs relating to the sale borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 120 days of the award.
Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot even in the case of bids received within the deadline provided by Art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
The aforementioned percentage charge will be applied according to the methods illustrated in the following table:

The calculation base of the Buyer's Premium is divided into several tiers, each of which is matched with a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.
For each award price, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated for each respective reference tier, according to the methods illustrated in the above table.
VAT on the Lot: The VAT rate may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the award price of each lot (where applicable).
In the event of any disputes regarding the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
