Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 3,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
Other ConditionsAny registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Se informa de que existen algunas irregularidades que, no obstante, son subsanables.
Se precisa que los inmuebles mencionados se venderán con los derechos proporcionales sobre las partes comunes de todo el complejo inmobiliario, mejor descritos en el reglamento de condominio depositado en la escritura del Notario Luciano Varrile con fecha 01/07/20210, rep. 74879/10836, registrado en Fermo el 16/10/2010 con el n° 2840 R.P., precisándose que el suministro de energía eléctrica proviene de dos cabinas eléctricas destinadas al servicio de todo el conjunto, descritas en el Catastro de Edificios en la Hoja 46 con las partículas 1160 y 1084 Sub. 1.
En relación con el presente lote, el adjudicatario deberá abonar simultáneamente al pago del precio de adjudicación, el importe de 600,00 euros en concepto de reembolso del contribución de publicación en el Portal de Ventas Públicas.
