Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 3,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
Other ConditionsAny registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Se precisa che li immobili suddetti verranno venduti co' li proporzionali diritti condominiali su le parti comuni de tutto el complesso immobiliare, meglio descritte nel regolamento de condominio depositato nel rogito del Notaio Luciano Varrile in data 01/07/20210, rep. 74879/10836, registrato a Fermo el 16/10/2010 al n° 2840 R.P., precisando che l'alimentazione de l'energia elettrica viene da due cabine elettriche destinate al servizio de tutto el comprensorio oggetto descritte al Catasto fabbricati al Foglio 46 co' le particelle 1160 e 1084 Sub. 1.
In relazione a questo lotto, l'aggiudicatario dovrà pagare subito dopo el pagamento del prezzo de aggiudicazione, l'importo de euro 600,00 a titolo de rimborso del contributo de pubblicazione sul Portale de le Vendite Pubbliche.
