Deposit
Participation in the collection is subject to the payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the appraisal price.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following current account:

OWNER: GOBID ESPAÑA S.L.
Reason: sale number and lot number.
Only once the deposit has been received will the offer be considered valid.
To speed up participation, the user is advised to send a scanned accounting copy of the payment with the CRO code to:
[email protected].
If the participants in the collection do not win any goods, the deposit will be returned within 10 working days of the collection deadline, without interest.
If, in the event of an award, after having paid the deposit, the bidder does not complete the purchase, this deposit will be withheld.
Lots Awarding
At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure bodies, offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot
Payment method
All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified either at the time of registration or upon receipt by the user of the communication of the award (see general conditions).
Deadline for payment
The lots awarded by the user must be paid within 10 days of the end of the sale. (see general conditions of the auction)
Withdrawal of the awarded lots
In any case, collection must be completed no later than 20 days from the confirmation of provisional award.
Should the asset not be collected within the indicated deadline, the sale shall be considered terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots – Buyer’s Premium, additional management costs and any additional charges paid) shall be retained as compensation for the damage suffered.
Collection shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions established by the Insolvency Administration and the bankrupt entity. GOBID ESPAÑA S.L. shall have no obligation to deliver any lot or to organize, in any manner whatsoever, its collection or delivery.
Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the safety regulations in force established by law; therefore, the buyer shall be required to make the necessary arrangements even when referring to third parties and/or collaborators involved in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transportation of the awarded lots and, in the case of vehicles, also for the transfer of ownership and any other related formalities.
In any case, no lot shall be made available before all prior payments have been made and, in the case of registered movable assets, before the relevant transfer of ownership has been completed.
Other specific conditions
Consequently, the existence of any defects or lack of quality or discrepancies in the thing sold cannot give rise to compensation, indemnity or price reduction.
Buyer's Premium: A charge of 18.00% + VAT will be added to the clearing price of each lot.
The Buyer's Premium will have a minimum amount of €50 (+21% VAT where applicable), on each of the lots or combinations awarded, as minimum commissions.
Ancillary management charges: These are the ancillary costs charged entirely to the contractor, intended to cover the services and activities, performed and to be performed, necessary for the preparation, organization and management of the sale of the goods at auction and the subsequent award phase. These expenses must be paid together with the payment of the buyer's premium due as per the provisional award confirmation which will be issued after the end of the auction. Where due, these charges will be indicated in the file for each lot.
VAT: VAT at 21.00% of the sale price will be calculated on the clearing price of each lot. (where applicable)
Extra-Time: if a winning bid is made in the 5 minutes prior to the close of the auction, the time to place another bid will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bid received. Thus, to the bitter end, for each winning offer received within the 5 minutes of extra time, the time needed to make another offer will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bet received. Automatic raises in the event of a maximum bid (proxy bid) will also be considered winning bids.
The lots are sold as they are. Viewing is recommended.
The sale of the goods is arranged for the goods seen and liked in the state of fact and law in which they are found. The guarantee for material defects does not apply to the sale. It cannot be contested for damages.
Consequently, the existence of any defects or lack of quality or discrepancies in the thing sold cannot give rise to compensation, indemnity or price reduction.
Any liability on the part of the Assignee is excluded regarding the existence of third party rights on the goods being sold.
The sale takes place with the obligation and burden of the successful tenderer to ascertain their compliance with safety legislation.
