Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Lo strument attuativ che permett lo svilupp delle aree l'è staa approvata dalla C.E.C. il 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) e adottada dal Consiglio Comunale di Marsciano in data 30-07-02 e con schema di Convenzion per la realizzazione delle opere di urbanizzazione approvata dallo stesso Consiglio Comunale in data 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Con delibera n. 5 del C.C. del 21-01-2005 ed approvazione del 27-04-2005 n. 68 i è staa autorizzate le variazioni di ridistribuzion del parcheggio- modifica di alcuni ingress ai lotti - ridimensionament dei percorsi e aggiornament caratteristiche sottoservizi;
Con varianti al piano attuativ imposte dalla Regione Umbria in sede di valutazion di incidenza ambientale con determina dirigenziale n. 11690 del 18-12-2009 ed autorizzata con Deliberazion n.47 del C.C. del 22-06-2010 i è staa apportate variazioni di ridimensionament delle volumetrie di progetto -diversa distribuzion delle volumetrie di progetto- nuovo schema di piantumazion- prescrizion sulla pavimentazion dei parcheggi- prescrizion tecniche da utilizzà in fase di esecuzion delle opere- proroga della scadenza.
Di seguito le consistenze indicate nella convenzion:
