Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Izvršni instrument koji omogućava razvoj područja odobren je od strane C.E.C. 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) i usvojen od strane Opštinskog veća Marsciano 30-07-02, a sa šemom ugovora za realizaciju urbanističkih radova odobrenom od istog Opštinskog veća 28-10-2002 br. 128.
Odlukom br. 5 Opštinskog veća od 21-01-2005 i odobrenjem od 27-04-2005 br. 68 odobrene su promene u redistribuciji parkinga - izmena nekih ulaza u parcele - smanjenje staza i ažuriranje karakteristika podzemnih instalacija;
Sa izmenama u izvršnom planu koje je nametnula Regija Umbrija tokom procene uticaja na životnu sredinu sa upravnom odlukom br. 11690 od 18-12-2009 i odobrene Odlukom br. 47 Opštinskog veća od 22-06-2010, izvršene su promene u smanjenju projektovanih volumena - drugačija distribucija projektovanih volumena - nova šema sadnje - zahtevi za podove parkinga - tehnički zahtevi koji se koriste u fazi izvođenja radova - produženje roka.
U nastavku su navedene količine navedene u ugovoru:
- Površina 3.560 m²
- Projektni volumen 2.000 m³
- Visina sljemena 6.80 m
- Maksimalna visina 7.50 m
- Visina tornjića 7.95 m
