Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Το εκτελεστικό εργαλείο που επιτρέπει την ανάπτυξη των περιοχών εγκρίθηκε από την C.E.C. στις 24-07.02 (πρακ. 1378/2002) και υιοθετήθηκε από το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο της Marsciano στις 30-07-02 και με σχέδιο Σύμβασης για την υλοποίηση των έργων αστικής ανάπτυξης που εγκρίθηκε από το ίδιο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο στις 28-10-2002 αριθ. 128.
Με απόφαση αριθ. 5 του Δ.Σ. της 21-01-2005 και έγκριση της 27-04-2005 αριθ. 68, εγκρίθηκαν οι μεταβολές ανακατανομής του χώρου στάθμευσης - τροποποίηση ορισμένων εισόδων στα οικόπεδα - μείωση των διαδρομών και ενημέρωση των χαρακτηριστικών υποδομών;
Με παραλλαγές στο εκτελεστικό σχέδιο που επιβλήθηκαν από την Περιφέρεια Ούμπρια κατά την αξιολόγηση περιβαλλοντικής επίδρασης με διοικητική απόφαση αριθ. 11690 της 18-12-2009 και εγκρίθηκε με Απόφαση αριθ. 47 του Δ.Σ. της 22-06-2010, έγιναν μεταβολές στη μείωση των όγκων του έργου - διαφορετική κατανομή των όγκων του έργου - νέο σχέδιο φυτεύσεων - προδιαγραφές για τις επιφάνειες των χώρων στάθμευσης - τεχνικές προδιαγραφές που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν κατά την εκτέλεση των έργων - παράταση της προθεσμίας.
Ακολουθούν οι ποσότητες που αναφέρονται στη σύμβαση:
- Επιφάνεια 3.660 τ.μ.
- Όγκος έργου 4.800 κ.μ.
- Ύψος στέγης 6.80 μ.
- Μέγιστο ύψος 7.50 μ.
- Ύψος πύργου 7.95 μ.
