Lots Availability
The buyer will be responsible for notary fees, legal taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, whether fiscal or otherwise. Communication regarding the exact amount of the charges and their correct specification will be made by the Principal as soon as possible.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Проектот е дел од Планот за урбанизација наречен "Ле Квинте" Компартман C1 УМИ 5/B. Градежната дозвола (Додаток 5) носи следнава наслов:
Изградба на комплекс на Хотелско Резиденцијално Комерцијално (Г.Е. 37/95), и Изградба на комплекс со намена Хотелска Резиденција (Г.Е. 77/2002). Во таа смисла, намената е хотелска. Општина Монтичело Конте Отто, по консултација со општинскиот техничар, истакна дека има во архивата барање за промена на намената во резиденцијална, но веќе е истечено поради неплаќање на таксите. Сепак, е можно да се изврши промена на намената во резиденцијална со обврска за поднесување на технички извештај кој ќе докаже дека не се надминати законските лимити во однос на електромагнетното загадување, со референца на воздушниот електродод кој поминува во близина на имотот. Потребен е технички извештај кој ќе докаже почитување на нормативните лимити, и одобрување од страна на Терна СпА, покрај, се разбира, плаќањето на урбанистичките такси, трошоците за изградба и трошоците за администрација.
