Lots Availability
The buyer will be responsible for notary fees, legal taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, whether fiscal or otherwise. Communication regarding the exact amount of the charges and their correct specification will be made by the Principal as soon as possible.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:

Izvedeni projekt je del urbanističnega načrta z imenom "Le Quinte" Del C1 UMI 5/B. Gradbeno dovoljenje (Priloga 5) nosi naslednji naslov:
Gradnja hotelsko-stanovanjskega kompleksa (C.E. 37/95) in gradnja kompleksa za namene hiše za goste, hotelskega stanovanjskega kompleksa (C.E. 77/2002). V zvezi s tem se zdi, da je namen uporabe hotelski. Občina Monticello Conte Otto je, po mnenju občinskega tehnika, opozorila, da ima v evidenci zahtevo za spremembo namena v stanovanjski, ki pa je potekla zaradi neplačila stroškov. Kljub temu je mogoče izvesti spremembo namena v stanovanjski, obvezno pa je predložiti poročilo, ki dokazuje, da ne presega zakonskih omejitev glede elektromagnetnega onesnaževanja, v zvezi z zračnim električnim vodom, ki poteka v bližini nepremičnine. Tako je potrebno tehnično poročilo, ki dokazuje spoštovanje normativnih omejitev, ter dovoljenje podjetja Terna SpA, poleg seveda plačila stroškov urbanizacije, stroškov gradnje in administrativnih stroškov.
