Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
I terreni a seminativo in asciutto so' tutti ottimi dal punto de vista produttivo. Tranne un appezzamento a favetta, so' tutti destinati prevalentemente a frumento duro, con un blend de Cv. "Brigante" mediamente a ca. il 75 % e Cv. "Acadur" mediamente a ca. il 25 %.
I terreni a seminativo irriguo so' destinati prevalentemente alla coltivazione de carciofi; so' presenti anche destinazioni a cavolfiore e terreni in preparazione a colture ortive primaverili-estive.
Tutti i terreni con questa destinazione colturale, risultano coltivati abusivamente da terzi.
Sono presenti dei casolari diroccati, un tempo abitazioni e depositi per attrezzi agricoli, ad eccezione de due strutture, realizzate per ospitare le centraline de impianti fotovoltaici.
Tutti risultano privi de qualsiasi titolo autorizzativo comunale e realizzati prevalentemente prima del 1967, ad eccezione de le due strutture realizzate recentemente per ospitare le centraline de impianti fotovoltaici.
Alcuni so' stati realizzati con l’Ente Riforma e successivamente ampliati, prima de essere abbandonati.
