Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Það framkvæmdartæki sem gerir mögulegt að þróa svæðin hefur verið samþykkt af C.E.C. þann 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) og tekið upp af bæjarstjórn Marsciano þann 30-07-02 og með samningi um framkvæmd borgarinnar sem var samþykktur af sömu bæjarstjórn þann 28-10-2002 nr. 128.
Með ákvörðun bæjarstjórnarinnar nr. 5 frá 21-01-2005 og samþykkt frá 27-04-2005 nr. 68 var leyfilegt að breyta dreifingu bílastæða - breyting á inngöngum til lóða - minnkun á gönguleiðum og uppfærsla á eiginleikum undirþjónustu;
Með breytingum á framkvæmdartækinu sem ákveðið var af Umbria-svæðinu í umhverfisáhrifagreiningu með stjórnandi ákvörðun nr. 11690 frá 18-12-2009 og samþykkt með ákvörðun bæjarstjórnarinnar nr.47 frá 22-06-2010 voru gerðar breytingar á stærðarháttum verkefnisins - öðruvísi dreifingu stærðarháttanna - nýr gróðurplöntuskema- forskriftir um bílastæðaflöt - tækniskar forskriftir sem skulu notaðar við framkvæmd verkefnanna- framlenging á lokatíma.
