Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
L'instrument d'execució que permet el desenvolupament de les àrees va ser aprovat per la C.E.C. el 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) i adoptat pel Consell Municipal de Marsciano el 30-07-02 i amb l'esquema de Conveni per a la realització de les obres d'urbanització aprovat pel mateix Consell Municipal en data 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Amb la resolució n. 5 del C.C. del 21-01-2005 i l'aprovació del 27-04-2005 n. 68 es van autoritzar les variacions de redistribució de l'aparcament - modificació d'alguns accessos als lots - redimensionament dels recorreguts i actualització de les característiques dels sotservicis;
Amb les variants al pla d'execució imposades per la Regió de l'Umbria en el marc de l'avaluació d'impacte ambiental amb la determinació directiva n. 11690 del 18-12-2009 i autoritzada amb la Deliberació n.47 del C.C. del 22-06-2010 es van realitzar variacions de redimensionament de les volumetries de projecte - diferent distribució de les volumetries de projecte - nou esquema de plantacions - prescripcions sobre les pavimentacions dels aparcaments - prescripcions tècniques a utilitzar en la fase d'execució de les obres - pròrroga del termini.
